Everything is just an object reflecting light and casting shadows. I don't really tell people from trees and buildings in this regard, and do not care. I want my photograps to commemorate the very moment. The globe keeps turning, the universe keeps expanding, atoms keep revolving, so we have time. Whatever we were and will be, we change and pass away; and there are photographs. 

I believe we need some proofs of our existence. I much prefer them beautiful, the way I see it. Other people being happy with what I've done are another valuable proof of my existence. I appreciate it.
